All of our services are made available and delivered digitally and virtual in person with confirmations, receipts, reports delivered via email to the e-mail or e-mails you provided us with upon signing up as a customer. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes for the email to arrive. Please check your junk and spam folders as well.

Refund Policy
All of our services are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. The countdown to 30 days starts the moment that your purchase is successfully processed.
To be clear, if you are not happy with our products/online training services, you get all your money back during the first 30 days of enrolling in any program.
After your refund is processed, we may send you a short (and optional) survey asking why you refunded a particular product. Your feedback will be used to improve our programs and user experience.
